I have just bought one of these Digital Photo Frames, the kids have been asking me for a while to get one, I am not sure if everyone is like me but since digital cameras came out it seems we print less photos than when we used to have normal cameras with films (that seems like a very long time ago!) now computers and camera phones are jammed full with pictures that we seem to forget about, I downloaded 100s of photos into the new digital frame but after few minutes of viewing them I got really bored, I might be old fashioned but you cant beat proper printed photographs, viewing them on computers and these digital photo frames is just not the same, photos seem like they have lost their magic, technology isn't always that great or maybe my age is catching up with me and I am becoming an old boring man!

بس التكنولوجيا حلوة وفيها هلبة ميزات بس تقعد الصور بالكاميرا العادية فيها ابداع اكثر ولمسة
بس هل قاعد تستعمل ف الكاميرا العادية ولا خلاص فات وقتها ؟؟

يخالجني نفس الشعور لما في التصوير التقليدي من بعض الميزات ولكن التصوير الرقمي له ميزات اكثر الان اهمها ارسال الصور الرقمية عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة....

hope all going well. regarding digittal photo, now days as u said all going that way, we seem to lose the fun and taste of old magic photo, ur not getting old or boaring man matety,i wonder when we gonna be digital , enjoy the kids demands

spending so many ours affront the computer screen at work and couple of hours at home, discourages me from viewing pictures through the digital frame or monitor having said that, digital photography has the advantage that you could pick and select the one you like, you can edit it and add features to it, then you could print it out yourself, you could even have your own photo booth at home, make you own passport photos which is handy and saves you time and money, but the only disadvantage of digital pictures I think it’s to do with the storage medium i.e. memory card or hard drive they get corrupt which means a huge loss of photos that has been taken years after years, I think it’s a good idea to have several backups, just encase .
The new generation like our children are so used to digital photography that the old fashioned one will be thing of the past for them just like black and white photography for us, and that is part of progress and the circle of life, by the way I am intending to buy this digital frame as a present but I wouldn’t say for whom, many thanks for sharing your thoughts :o)

I prefer the old printed photos my self..
I feel that the modern digital ones on screens are some how unreal.. As if from another world or dimension.
