many countries are helping including Bulgaria UK France either by transporting people or bringing supplies but I havent heard anyone saying they got supplies and help from any Arab countries!

I think it is not only Arab countries that are morally obliged to help. (And it is common sense and self-interest to help - who needs a humanitarian crisis in North Africa?)
Bulgarian government sent a plane which made several flights from Tunisia to Egypt, returning a total of about 400 Egyptians to their home country. They had been guest workers in Libya, had fled to Tunisia and were stuck there, unable to reach Egypt on their own.
Bigger and richer countries could do much more to help.
