It’s time of a global political awareness that has accompanied the world information and communication revolutions. What is happening is a world revolution . and Tunisia is just the first laboratory. <br />Our people in Libya, the real inheriters of Omar Almokhtar, were once able to dismiss the colonizer with an astonoshing courage and determination. “we win or we die”! what a decency and courage, this phrase tells? <br /> I have heard many friendly and brotherly voices worldwide speaking with love and admiration of the Tunisian revolution. Many of these are Arab intellectuals, writers, scholars and ordinary people who have been oppressed in their own countries and the tunisian revolution gave them hope, a real hope for a change. Intellectuals expressed wishes that the the Arab world be “tunisified”. <br /> I thank them all for this love. But i tell them our people in Libya and elsewhere are grown ups and the moves of these peoples were inevitable even if the revolution didn’t start in Tunisia. But, i would like to draw the attention of every one who is longing for freedom on the tunisian way or his way to reflect on the name of the tunisian revolution: “jasmin revolution”, and the main slogan raised “we the people want”. If , you are not ready to say we the people, it’s better not to make a revolution at all. Our brothers in Egypt have already got the message from tunisia.
